Pets are welcome in our facility

Regulations and conditions:

• Pets must be in order from a health point of view and in particular with vaccinations. At the simple request of the reception staff, the owner is obliged to show the health card.
• The room booked is the only space where the pet can stay off the leash.
• The guest must be adequately equipped for the well-being of their pet, including carriers and travel kennels
• Although your pet may be used to being alone in the house, we are concerned that being alone in your room – as a new environment – could cause stress for your pet. For this reason it is not allowed to leave your pet unattended in the room, but if necessary, our team can suggest a pet-sitting service upon request at an additional cost.
• Martelli6 suites & apartments does not assume responsibility for the animals present in the structure and our staff on duty cannot be responsible for supervising, feeding or walking your pet.
• Only small/medium sized dogs are allowed. Cats are not allowed. It is required that the animal is well trained and educated, and that it is well-groomed and clean.
• Rate: €20.00 per pet per stay, maximum 1 pet per room.
The supplement is provided for cleaning and sanitizing of the room with special procedures at the end of the stay.

For direct bookings, your pet's stay is on us!

• It is forbidden to let the animal onto the beds, sofas, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc. and any use of bed linen and towels for the animal (grooming, bedding or other).
• In the event that there is damage caused by the presence of a pet or if the conditions of the room should require extraordinary cleaning, or if any additional damage to the room or the structure in general should result, the costs may be charged of repair. In this regard, we require a credit card guarantee.
• Annoying noises: In respect of the peace of all our guests, the owner is fully responsible for the actions of his pet. If we receive complaints about the noise caused by the animal, we will immediately inform you. If the problem persists and is not resolved, our team may request the removal of the pet at your expense.
• The owner accepts responsibility for his pet and will not hold the property, its owners, managers or employees responsible for any accidents involving his pet.

The Management reserves the right to withdraw the accommodation contract at any time and without notice to anyone who does not comply with the above indications.
